  1. Nice subterranean ploy, Chief. Subliminal power too. Neutralized below ...

Here are the other things I like about ET - all are stated in this very same thread ..........

TraderZones is the most helpful fellow here. Jack Herschey is #2. Both are perfect gentlemen. ..... page 22

I'm willing to pay any fee on a monthly (or other basis) for this type of training at ET - other places are not to be trusted.

ET is a 10-storey apartment building on a solid foundation; 100 more floors can be built if reqd., that's how strong the foundation is - the rooms are all basic, the lighting is meagre, so is the furniture. All this is OK = adequate.
The problem is that the tenants are 99.99% vagrants. Keep these vagrants, but bring in some pros and put them on the newly constructed 11th floor.

I'll walk out of such a class within 90 days and turn a handsome profit instantly - consistently! ................... page 23

Beautiful ET is my last stop; there's nowhere else to go; if she don't work out, I'm forsaking love for good. ...... page 23

  2. -----------------------------------

    eliminated:

    Rennick and Lucrum.

Both specialize in generalities that allude to trading but neither has posted any real trade numbers going back to inception.

Lucrum has the commonsense to be almost 95% (that number again) in chitchat and politics and non-trading venues. I actually like Lucrum and wish he had posted trades so I could learn from him.

Rennick is a total loser and for all I know could be a baron alias given that the IQ of both is almost identical, just the demeanor different.

  3. TraderZones:

I don't got the heart to say anything bad about this gent.

Its a shame I didn't find any trades for TZ but his contribution to this site is so huge that even Joe says, "I like having him around"

    Finally somone acknowledged his presence.

He is the ONLY person carrying ET - without him this place would be carrying Moneytec on its shoulders in sweltering heat - as penance.

If/when I have some solidly +ve trades under my belt, the first 10 will be donated to TZ so I can put his name right beside that of Ivan in MY list - all this of course IMHO.

    :) :)

  4. TZ just delivered yet another stunner, but nobody will notice, and most likely no newbies will either as they're too busy following faggoty stuff put out by the likes of Rennick and oldtimers.

"There is an amazing amount of denial on ET.

Less than 1% of traders will ever become a longterm very profitable trader. The rest will blow up or bleed money slowly until they sink into the mud.

But even so, most of them joke and taunt and laugh at stories like in the OP. And then they go back to their paper trading, hoping SOMEDAY, to trip over a real edge...

    Truth hurts"

  5. So in conclusion, there is only ONE "experienced, returning trader, profitable, forthright, forthcoming, that a newbie could/should learn from ....

    Ivanovich

    And he is a volunteer.

The rest of the ET gang will bleed you to death and you're better off just giving your bankroll to baron and the sponsors up front and go back to your day job sans trading.

    ------------------------------------------------

quest to find if there are any worthwhile traders at ET is now concluded!!

    ----------------------------------------------

    will look at solutions now

  6. one smaller issue re: baron saying that even ET's structure doesn't need to be changed ...

never mind about the thread re: no logout button, have to go Home first to logout

this one tells the story of baron's sloppiness clearly

see Joe's instructions of how to post a picture - abs. retarded shit, even the 3rd world country I live in has websites that one-click fire off a pic. without all the hoops.

  8. ET homepage says this,

"Welcome to Elite Trader, the #1 community for active traders of Stocks, Futures, Options, and Currencies"

    "# active traders = zero" :D :D :D

    -----------------------------------

Therefore there is NO REAL PRODUCT delivered by ET to its customers aka newbies. This biz is therefore totally out-exchange, i.e. makes $ but delivers zip.

Price of a clear conscience is a foreign language to the owner of this biz., who knows better than anybody in exsistence that there are no real money traders at ET.

    ------------------------------------

    Is/are there a/- solution(s)? There's gotta be.

  9. The way to solve this is by switching from self-determinism by the owner to pan-determinism.

The owner is already adept at the former, but is a total wuss at the latter.

Pan-determinism is a beautiful concept that implies "responsibility" for both (or all) sides of the game.

If the one in power adopts this stance, he would easily feel the distress and frustration of the newbie. Then things can change rapidly.

So too must the newbie be pan-determined in recognizing the viability/profitability from the owner's perspective.

The solutions I'm getting at are where both sides can win, i.e. baron and the newbies get it all and BOTH are happy.

But I'm a first time everything w.r.t. trading and forums so don't know zip really, only that "where we is/was, isn't/wasn't it"

  10. Agree with baron that a universal fee will not work and furthermore could crash his biz. So this is completely ruled out even as a suggestion.
