    I'm happy to share my background with you via PM. Short version, I have an electrical engineering degrees from one of the service academies, spent a career as a military pilot, went to business school, and am currently running my second successful startup. I've been trading as a hobby for 20 years, how about you?

    You've got your prospective plaintiffs on here arguing about how they lost money because they couldn't close a position due to the PDT rule, which of course if you know anything about the rule you would know is impossible. But I'm the stupid one? Interesting.

    Still waiting for you to demonstrate some of those attorney skills and let us know what legal grounds exactly an attorney would argue this prospective case? Maybe knock off the ad hominem attacks and answer what should be an easy question for someone like yourself, how about it? And while you're at it, seriously settle down. You've gone absolutely apoplectic over someone pointing out there is no reasonable grounds for a lawsuit over the PDT rules. Get some perspective!

    Did you ever get around to filing your lawsuit 2 1/2 years ago?

  4. My favorite thing in jury trials was always cross examination of people just like SIG.

    So many big talkers out there like him. So few actually do anything for anyone else in their entire life. Even less are equipped with the intellect and brains to debate smarter people.

    When this case is finally filed, I will be sure everyone on ET knows about it.

    YOU DID go to college right? SIG?

    Exactly;
    that lawsuit would be hard to win. And if you do win, may want to sue us treasury; I think a nickle is worth a bit more than a nickle/LOL
    I think he meant open a margin account;
    but daytrading small sums was stopped for a good reason.

    Sorry if it's hard to believe that you're an attorney when you aren't even capable of reading my last post where I clearly answered your question in some detail. And on the reading thing, for the third time what legal grounds do you have for this suit? As best we can tell from your posts here you are only capable of ad hominem attacks, so combined with your inability to answer that clear question it's clear you don't actually have any grounds. Oh, let me guess, it's top secret? I wouldn't understand? Any other good excuses for actually discussing the matter at hand rather than engaging on ranting personal attacks?

    How about we engage in a little wager, I donate $25,000 to the charity of your choice if your choice (so they can get around the PDT rule!) if you file a suit in the next year and it isn't dismissed. You donate $25,000 to a charity of my choice if you don't file a suit in the next year that isn't dismissed. Time to put up or shut up tough guy.
