Their systems went down all week and you couldnt get out of your positions for hours. They shut the phone lines off so the desk cant get you out either. I got caught short and lost $8000 just today cause i couldnt trade it off for over an hour. Questrade is the SHITTIEST company ever and Im repiorting them to the OSC.
If true... It sounds like they are going out of business... But screwing their Customers like this is hardly necesssary... Shows you what crooks they really are.
