I'm new to investing here. But I'm just wondering, since AMD has announced that it's buying ATI, ATI shares jumped up a bit. Did I miss the bandwagon on this? I think it still could go up a bit but then again, I'm a newb.
no, it is not too late. just long NVDA. a buyout of ATI will bring INTEREST, EYES, MONEY to this GPU area. NVDA is long time bullish and mid term bear. This ATI deal will reverse NVDA from down trend to up. This will last longer than M&A activies. Most likely no regulators will review ATI cases at least for 2 weeks. At least 2 week golden time for NVDA. Also watch closely to rumor news etc. Give an alert of dropping 3% in 5 minutes as a stop on NVDA.
