  1. I'd have an issue with that too. In the face of something as
off the charts profound as our very existence itself, if you're not
on your knees with modestly as to "answers" then you're a televangelist trying to dupe your flock out of their estates.
Its kind of a swordfight in that, if they say God appeared out of
nothing then I can say existence did and have equal toe to toe footing. My fear of God is not thinking I can have it/him all figured out. The bottom may never be plumbed since it always retracts.

In the thread (Kudos to MM) from nitro, he talk about this on page 364 in the thread. I do not understand this physics, but Nitro talk about all energy equal zero.

  3. Oh please. You didn't know shit about dark energy until I schooled you here:

Once AGAIN, dark energy is only a hypothesis. It might not even exist so the amount is estimated, not known. Stop pretending you have a clue because you do not. Show us it's not a hypothesis, STUpid. Come on :p

  4. No human knows how the universe came into existence, let alone someone who posts on ET.

I am not saying Nitro know the answer to the universe existence. In his thread he talk about physics. The same physics Stephen Hawkings say is (possible) to make the universe. I do not understand this physics, but he can.

I think that one day the subject/object, cause/effect dualities are going to be replaced by a new paradigm. I of course don't know what that is, I'd be an Einstein if I did. But they almost have to be replaced... it's increasingly unworkable to think of reality as either merely matter, or mind, or to think of time as simply the interval between before and after. [But that brings up the question, "what is an event", a question which I've read has driven at least one physicist mad.]

That's not true crummie. I've been saying no such thing.
And that comment of yours above demonstrates again what pretty much all your arguments are about throughout this thread. Misleading and misunderstanding.

Well, the laws of physics do allow for a universe to begin from nothing . So what's the problem?

Oh - I know, you have no problem with the laws of physics, but you have a problem with which law(s) allow a universe to begin from nothing.
Like you have no problem with the laws of physics, but you DON'T have a problem with which law(s) allow gravity.

Look them up is what I said, because quite honestly, no amount of discussion about even the most straightforward aspects of scientific fact, the laws of physics, scientific theory or scientific theoretical physics about gravity, evolution or a universe from nothing is going to appeal to the necessity for misunderstanding in order to leave some spurious space for a supernatural creator.

Everything is "just a theory" isn't it, so that any real, useful scientific theory leading to practical knowledge can be dumbed down to the intellectual level of a mystical galactic beasty idea, in the absurd hope of making it sound just the tiniest bit possible.

Once again, it's easy to expose your STUpidity. Dark energy is only a hypothesis as I've been saying and you can't get into your thick skull. So the amount of dark energy (if it exists) is estimated.

dark energy is a hypothetical form of energy that permeates all of space and tends to increase the rate of expansion of the universe. Dark energy is the most popular way to explain recent observations and experiments that the universe appears to be expanding at an accelerating rate.
