Jesus GUNS Babies WTF? Even if one buys into this platform, how the hell does guns rank ahead of babies? Me thinks Jesus might disagree that guns are more important than babies.
Jesus should just be grateful he made the list. She reads the first amendment the same one side way others have been trained to read the 2nd (ignoring the militia part). It's not about the seperaration of church and state but the manifest destiny of the religious conferred by sacrificing injuns. I guess burning witches will be up soon as the new GOP platform.
She is so wrong. What was done to the Native Americans was atrocious. Nothing about the Trail of Tears or any other injustices that were done were done by following Biblical commands. ‘You shall not murder, and anyone who murders will be subject to judgment.’ Matt 5:21 "But I tell you, do not resist an evil person. If anyone slaps you on the right cheek, turn to them the other cheek also.40 And if anyone wants to sue you and take your shirt, hand over your coat as well.41 If anyone forces you to go one mile, go with them two miles.42 Give to the one who asks you, and do not turn away from the one who wants to borrow from you." Matt 5:39-42 Christians aren't suppose to be harming others. What Jesus wants us to do is to be kind to those who are hurtful. There are some who think that this just encourages someone to have more bad behavior. But when you really look at the factors going on, kindness in the face of cruelty does two things. It shows compassion and care for the one committing an evil. It also demonstrates the evil of whatever grievance is taking place, in the hope that the person doing something bad will recognize the wrongfulness of the offense. Both benefits are for the good of the one doing the injury. Also, for the Christian, the losses, even if it's only to our pride that come from not returning an insult or not sticking up for our rights, also give the benefit of causing us to remember WHY we do this: it's because we were evil and God demonstrated kindness to us....loves us and pardons us not due to anything deserving on our part, but because simply because He decided to love people and restore to Himself whoever will come to Him through Jesus. On the flip side, I don't think this means we can't protect ourselves or others from danger. And I don't think it means letting evil win. Good should always seek to restrain evil. Every situation is different, and I'm writing in generalities. That's how a Christian should try to treat others. Taking from others or mistreating them is wrong. It is especially wrong to do it in the name of God.
This "Fortune Teller" guy is a low life who actually couldn't figure out I had him on block for a long time ( I had most of the overt racists on block ). I took him off to address his idiotic take on abortions and the whole thing confused him. I'm not sure why he doesn't think his degenerate ideas and frequent posting of such on this site won't attract some backlash on here. It must irk a lot of Christians to see how these duds use religion as a platform to spread their hatred.
Nothing about the will of the people in the treason clause:- "Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort......."
