You just gotta understand, that when you come nipping in on the heels of someone else's fight, that sometime's your gonna get stomped. Gl, Gotta say this is some emotionally disturbing shit, and it's hard to keep a level head in this kind of climate. Talking with my boy today, he informed that the doors on the class rooms lock from the out side only. The school sent home a letter saying police will be on extra patrol by the schools this week, but I'm not worried about this week as much as next year, or later when things cool down.

As previously stated i live in ct...near newtown... Any of u guys with school age children have police at ur schools today in Other states? My son is in public sixth grade...full set of our finest and my daughter is at a private all girls hs, full town police ...so any other states with police to calm nerves?
Yes. It was apparent at the pub grammar school which is a short drive from my kid's school. They were running emergency drills when I drove by.

Back home in West Texas the high schools have police, I don't think the elementary school does or at least it didn't a few years ago when I was picking up the grandkids all the time.
