Sounds like bravery to me. But think about it. She had time to hide all the children, everybody knows kids that age are like herding cats. Where were the fvcking police these anti-gun nuts want to make us dependent upon?
Not only did she not hide but she diverted the killer to the wrong area of the school so she had to face him and speak to him. Its the equivalent of jumping on a grenade to save your buddies. Y'know, we've got all of these people getting a PhD in psychiatry and psychology. Why can't some of them study this phenomena and figure out what is causing it? Instead of speculating that video games or gun availability or the economy is the root cause why can't they gather data (unfortunately there is lots of data on these events now) and figure this out? If it is violent video games there could be legislation preventing their development etc. If it is gun availability lets see the study showing that and its supporting data.
I refuse to go down that road . Do you trust the dipshits pushing the AGW agenda to have input into what freedoms we need to give up to "prevent" this? You know damn well they are not above lying en-mass about it. Hell i don't even care if it is true that gun proliferation increases the propensity of this type thing, it's irrelevant. It's fucking BS, if people are that upset start a damn armed school patrol. Enough of more fucking govt to every sniffle we have as a society.
Something fundamental is going on here. This can't be coincidence. BARTLESVILLE, Okla. â A Bartlesville High School student is in custody on charges he plotted to bomb and shoot students at the campus auditorium on the same day that 28 people were shot and killed at an elementary school in Connecticut. Police arrested 18-year-old Sammie Eaglebear Chavez at about 4:30 a.m. Friday after learning of the alleged plot Thursday. An arrest affidavit says Chavez tried to convince other students to help him lure students into the auditorium, chain the doors shut and start shooting. The Tulsa World reports that authorities say Chavez threatened to kill students who didn't help. The Bartlesville Examiner-Enterprise reports Chavez planned to detonate bombs at the doors as police arrived. The school district says students were never in danger. Chavez is being held on $1 million bond. Read more: http://www.foxnews.com/us/2012/12/1...-shooting-plot/?test=latestnews#ixzz2FB1VSBwC
Copycat? http://blog.al.com/spotnews/2012/12/st_vincents_hospital_gunman_ac.html St. Vincent's Hospital gunman acted alone, Birmingham police say (gallery) By Mia Watkins | mwatkins@al.com on December 15, 2012 at 9:32 AM, updated December 15, 2012 at 10:58 AM BIRMINGHAM, Alabama -- Police are on the scene this morning of an early morning shooting at St. Vincent's Hospital where a gunman shot three people and was then killed. According to the police, the gunman opened fire near elevators on the fifth floor of the hospital. The gunman shot two hospital employees and a police officer. A second police officer, not the one who was injured, killed the gunman. "We believe this was a totally isolated incident. We don't believe there was anyone else involved with this shooter at this time," Birmingham Police Sgt. Johnny Williams said.
she didn't have a gun,if guns were legal, this nut would have had to worry about someone having one,may have not bothered, thanks to the law this wasn't a problem, now all he had to worry about was how long before the cops arrived...people are stupid, that's why they have the law,if not for the law, , she could just shoot this dumb ass ,this would have been an argument for guns, had that happened
These are the guns the shooter used: a 9 mm 15 round handgun a 9 mm 17 round handgun a .223 rifle with a 30+ clip I'll say it again... There is simply no reason for allowing these types of guns in the hands of citizens. Period.
