It really sucks when you have a bunch of people ripping on a trading company they obviously know nothing about. Cuz pushing lightspeed...give me a break.

    THE REAL SCOOP

I have traded remote for almost 2 years. They have their problems (my 4 year old can DRAW a better chart than thiers), but aside from that....FAST, and reliable.

What person is writing they go out once a week....Holy crap, I do 100K shares/day, and have not had an outage in 2 or 3 months. We had a whole day out in Oct or so last year. Once a week, what an idiot.

I have traded them all, and Hammer is a good stable platform. Up there with it is Hold Bros. I have been trading their system at the same time as hammer for the past 2 months, with no problems.

Don't listen to a bunch of Idiots that have no clue or have another agenda.

First off, you know nothing about me or where I've been or what I've done.

I can speak about Assent with conviction, because I did work there.

And if you read my posts and the posts of some others you would see that some agree and some don't

Pay attention and read along before you're quick to speak.

I am not the only one who has wrote in about Hammers problems.

And I never complimented Lightspeeds Charts. I agree the charts are useless. But the execution system is very good, and this is not a sales pitch. Just an opinion, based on experience.

Because I said Lightspeed had a fast and reliable execution system?

The one who started this post was asking for opinions and I gave mine.

    You're an ass.

Waggie why don't you go back to the beginning of the post and reread.
It seems like Simple and Automated have also had FREQUENT problems.

So with that being said...................I am not making up stories and can speak from experience.

Now if you are using it and trading Remote and it is working out for you than great.

But in a shop it hasn't...............and there are others that can back me up...............just go back to the beginning of the post.

  9. The bottom line is that Assent doesn't care about anything other than commissions. That was my impression.

Nuttin' but commissions. They smile at you if you generate a lot of commissions. They frown at you if you don't.

B/c they only care care only about commissions, they will give you a great deal on payout and commissions. Probably one of the best on the Street.

Hammer is great but it is too susceptible to outages IMO. Maybe it's better now or maybe it's worse. You won't know unless you go TRY IT OUT.

Incidently, one interesting thing about the Hammer platform is that they don't show you NET P/L. They only show you GROSS P/L. A bit odd don't you think?
