Assent included money which is still subject to a lock-up period in my 2008 withdrawals, is this accurate? Why am I paying taxes already on money that I cannot withdraw?

(Actually, just trying to help). The 12 month lock up that some firms have has nothing to do with your trading proifts. If you make money "mark to market" you pay taxes. And, you "should" be able to draw out profits regardless of any lock up period. Don
