Hey, considering a prop trader position w Assent (old Andover) now owned by Sungard. Anyone out there with any experience working with these folks ? Program sounds good, tape readers, 100% payout, work from home, training, etc. Anyone have experience with other firms ? I plan to shop around some.
it depends who manages the branch you'll be trading for. I traded for an Assent branch that gave me a shitty payout, high commissions/monthly fees, and basically no training....then i know other traders working for a different manager/branch and they got really good deals. do a search, there are tons of threads about assent on here.
