This is exactly correct. US Citizens have the constitutional right to open-carry but legislatures and courts think they know better.----They don't----

False. The fact that fully automatic weapons don't end up in the hands of criminals proves that .

It is legal to own a fully automatic weapon but they are highly regulated, expensive and very tough sentences if a person is caught in possession of one illegally.

Yet most mass shooters aren't stopped by conceal carry and open carry gun carriers.

One of the few exceptions was that church shooting. Look at El Paso. Probably 300 truck guns in the parking lot and not a single redneck exchanged fire with the loser. Fucking pathetic.

Gun free zones don't stop them from getting guns.

  7. All of those countries have much stricter gun control than the America. Australia enacted strict gun control and a national buyback program after a 1996 school shooting: https://www.vox.com/2015/8/27/9212725/australia-buyback

    You idiot.

LV shooter. Dayton shooter. El Paso was not a gun free zone. Most major retailers state "no firearm" policies which is not law.

  10. It's not just that. Look at the trajectory since Australia enacted stricter gun control vs. the trajectory of the US which has only really loosened laws on the federal level.
