Last I heard the San Jose shooter had two pistols (That's a semi-automatic handgun for those who do now know). So why not ban all semi-automatic weapons, period? Then of course there is the problem of the SA colt-style and a speedloader. So I guess we have to ban wheelguns, too. Oh, and don't forget the wooden full auto weapons! I think we'd be better off if we just ban people.
