Depending on the crime some people should be allowed to vote after completing thier sentence.

Stealing a car has more to do with being stupid vs being in poverty. Not all people steal that live in poverty.

No,because if you can afford something something its unlikely you will try to steal it,especially if its risky or dangerous .
