Aspen Laboratories denies Black woman medical care

  1. Actually I do think a baker should make a cake for a gay couple because:

Baking a cake is not forcing you to engage in the lifestyle
Baking a cake is what you do and would do for any customer and you benefit from state and federal business laws
Baking a cake for a gay customer is the same as a straight customer (eggs, sugar, flour etc..)
Baking a cake does not mean you suck dick (guy) or lick box (gal)
Baking a cake is not prohibited in the Bible but plenty of other shit is hypocrites who won't bake a cake do anyway
Baking a cake does not make you gay, a gay advocate or a new gay family member, just makes you a baker which is what you are for everyone.

Just like everyone who pays their bill and does not violate any rules or laws on your premises should be allowed to get a test for Corona...

The bakery owner refused to provide service based on their values aligned with religion.
The medical clinic refused to provide service base on their values aligned with serving public health.

Either to support the right of by both businesses to deny service, or you believe neither have the right to deny service. All or none.

I will say that it is idiotic for businesses to deny service to individuals based on "politics" -- it is simply poor business.

  4. No. I have corrected this for you before.

In our legal system, greater weight is given to actions protected by the Constitution. It is just as clear as day that the Colorado bake made argument under the First Amendment. From there they also made argument under Colorado law and the Colorado Civil Rights Commission rulings on religion - so on and so forth.

This is vastly different than some argument based on "values aligned with serving public health" - whatever that is legally. It certainly is not an express constitutional right.

I have also said, twice I think, that both I and Candace do not deny that the business owner probably had the right to deny service so spare me that. I am just saying that you argument that one is just like the other is not so.

As I have also said a couple times, you are projecting this whole law suit thing on to Candace. I have heard nothing of that. She pretty well smacked the business owner down and got her a pile of bad publicity and threats and left her ruing/sp the day when she decided to be an asshole Karen. It is probably true that if she were a lefty black, that Al Sharpton would have been to her area 'to help out" long ago but I don't see that going on.

You are looking for an issue to go rotational and repetitive on when things are slow. This is not such an issue for me.

  5. You love the Us and Them culture that the dems are turning this society in to.

It is not just the vaccine scenario, your ilk have cranked up the skin color game bigtime so that we are now a far more race-based, skin-color-test society than we have been in many, many decades and it is getting worse.

Ditto for climate change. Your ilk want to turn the whole country into a population that either wants to save the world or wants us all to die tomorrow. No continuum of allowable thought in between. Liberals and lefties used to aspire to be free-thinkers. Not so now. Everyone is either in the approved lefty trance state or out and should burn in hell.
