Are the Stub quote rules still in effect ? I have a sitting sell order for 14,151 per share of SPY. Hopefully a big AH market order comes in and my order gets filled. Due to the very little supply on the ASK side of SPY right now for some reason. Okay the book is filling up now on the ASK side. Looks like whatever was going on is fixed up.
