  1. ... is anyone starting to get worried about the state of affairs in our global financial markets. Is this gonna be the "big one" ? Are we on the verge of another 1929... but not unlike the passengers on the "unsinkable" Titantic we are all still feeling pretty safe figuring this "ship" can't sink?

Many of us have been through a lot of "crashes" in our trading/investing lives?! My only concern this time is whether the U.S. has tempted fate one too many times and now we will reap what we have sowed (actually what we have not sowed) through too many years of gluttony and greed and selfishness and mismanagement in government, corporate America and on Wall Street.

The fact that no one is "panicking" and that most seemingly are thinking more about the next American Idol or upcoming NBA season or the World Series... or what color dress Sarah Palin is wearing... has me worried.

  2. The chickens......have come home.....to roooooost!
(heard this somewhere before. can't remember where though)

  3. LOL

more like.... the chickens have LEFT home to roost!

People aren"t panicking because the one thing that would spoiled it for them is to actually have a job. back in the day people were worried about getting a job or losing a job or how they would eat, etc. We have an entire sub economy running on people who do nothing.

  5. For example?
