and the title of the thread implies that the Fed gov will go the way of the Calif gov... could be. CA had a crisis of budget, they could not pass a budget, it went on for months, every news broadcast had to mention it... then, they settled it, produced a budget, everything is fine again. One week later [not making this up] they announced an eight billion dollar shortfall in the budget, they forgot to take into account the decreased tax revenues from the recession..... you ask yourself time and again; "Can they really be this stupid" and the answer is a resounding "YES!!" They are this stupid, again, and there is no indication that they will not be this stupid the next time!!!!!!! The Fed gov could be doing something just as stupid currently and we won't get to find out just how stupid it is, what they are doing, until a year or two... I just have this feeling...
