  1. "Robot on the run: Watch the bizarre moment a self-learning android escapes testing area and causes havoc on the roads

    * Promobot is a unique robot created to work in customer relations
    * It's designed to interact with humans realistically and answer questions
    * The robot had been left trundling around an outside yard during testing
    * But an engineeer left a gate open and it strayed onto a busy road outside

I think experiments with chain-reactions are more dangerous than any AI.
Imagine someone performs an experiment with water in the Atlantic, and the chain-reaction isn't stopable...
    Same with the weather/climate/atmosphere.
And also what the LHC and the like are doing is very dangerous as it can initiate a non-stopable chain-reaction...
Such dangerous and idiotic experiments should be banned on a global scale.

Robots and AI are controlable, not so easy with humans with evil intentions or dumb/irresponsible actions.

The fate of the mankind is to become a half-biological and half-robotic society to be able to become a spacefarer civilization.
Ie. then many organs like eyes, hands, feet etc. will be replacable by electrical/mechanical substitues, as is already possible with the heart and some other organs.
It'll also create a huge body-parts industry. AI can only be useful in this process.

Then the food consumption of such a human will halve, as electrical energy will be used instead of food...
