  2. Now it's Georgia's turn:

Within 10 days after submitting its list of names of candidates, the state executive committee shall submit to the Secretary of State for each candidate an affidavit by the candidate stating the candidate’s citizenship and age and shall append to the affidavit documents that prove the candidate is a natural born citizen, prove the candidate’s age, and prove that the candidate meets the residency requirements for President of the United States as prescribed in Article II, Section ! of the United States Constitution.

Considering what the whacko fringe believes, there is no question that God himself could come down and say The One is an NBC and there'd be no shortage of lunatics who would not believe it. There is no level of proof he could offer that would satisfy these people.

Which is why he doesn't even try.

Still, I think having the states require evidence of presidential eligibility is a good thing. And I can guarantee you that no matter what evidence Arizonia decides to accept, The One will have it - one way or another.

  4. That's BULLSHIT. Only a half-wit would conclude, "no, he's not really hiding something".

Obama may well "have it his way", but only because that's how dictator types prevail.

  5. He doesn't try because he knows that his place of birth doesn't matter due to his father not being a citizen

He can't even address the issue because to do so would shed light on the real reason he wants to ignore it.

  6. He doesn't try because it's a great political move not to. The longer he ignores the fringe "birthers" the more they froth at the mouth. The more rabid the birthers become the more they marginalize themselves.

And ultimately the teabagers/birthers will split the Republican vote he'll be in like flynn in 2012. Which, I don't necessarily know is a good thing. But I would lay very heavy odds on that outcome.

  8. Oh damn, this means Obama won't get AZ 10 electorial votes !!!

Guess what: he won't need them. Score in 2012: Obama: 373+. other team: whatever is left. May the losers cry in their teabags another 4 years.
