We do not know if an an NBC needs two American parents or not... the U.S. Supreme Court has not ruled on this issue. We can't let leftists claim Obama is NBC and Rubio is not. They might be - they might not be. No person knows.
Court decision from trial level to circuit knows. The New York Chancery Court knows. The Supreme Court's use of the lower courts as precedent when handling citizenship eligibility knows. Common Law knows. Just as Black's Law Dictionary knows, where it unambiguously defines "Natural Born Citizen" as "A person born within the jurisdiction of a national government." Birthers don't know, and are clearly the only one's who don't want know.
Cite the case... and then tell us how that case controls the U.S. Supreme Court or even courts in other districts or venues. There is as much or more "authority" saying both parents should be born here. Only a brain dead troll loon would pretend he knows the definition of NBC

I've given reference to lower courts and in fact the Federal Court too has been used for precedent by the Supreme Court on questions of citizenship/ natural born citizen. Information is out there. Go find it yourself... ...simply because your history shows you don't care what any case or court states.
