    "Argentina Imposes Currency Controls"
    https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2019-09-01/argentina-imposes-curency-controls

USD/ARS closed at 59.49 on Friday.

    According to https://www.bloomberg.com/quote/USDARS:CUR
it has traded in a range of 53.88 to 60.50 this morning

At the time of writing (10.50am ET and 11.50am in Argentina), it's at about 57.37, but as ZH notes in the article below

"Argentine Peso Soars Amid Zero Liquidity Despite "Very Concerning" Capital Controls Plan"
    https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2019...dity-despite-very-concerning-capital-controls

    1. "If the resurgent currency surprises you, you're not alone as insiders tell us that black-market USDARS is trading around 64/USD - a new collapse to a new record low."

    2. "The 2022 bonds are down another 5 points in early trading"
