So are you implying that a group is loving/hating certain principles based not on the value of the principle, but on whether it looks good/bad on Obama!?
The reality is that his examples are recent history. The reps have long been the nation's hawks, and the democrats the "peaceniks". Things have changed, for both groups, to suit their own agenda.
Yes they both play the exact same game, the republicans who whine about us killing al-awlaki, are just as bad as the far left code pink arse holes in the obama admin who want bush tried for war crimes. But the irony is that the same people who think waterboarding is the root of all evil have no problem with the outright murder of u.s. citizens. That position is ridiculous.
Nothing has changed.......had it been Obama in office during 9/11 there is no way he would have set up the response like Bush did. Obama would be apologizing like he always does. Drone strikes ,forget it. ....but now that the infrastructure was set in place by Bush/Cheney our apologist President can pretend to be a man that he is not.
Yep, Obama is not a man, you just cannot handle that can you <iframe width="420" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/yH54dJeVb0A" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Still waiting for the cries of "give/take back the Peace Prize" to accelerate. For a man who was rewarded for not being Bush, he sure is acting more and more like Bush with each passing drone strike and military op.
Ron Paul is not the only anti war person in this country. There are many of them, including me. Just as bin laden's (fake) corpse would not put food on my table, Khaddafy's demise won't pay off anybody's mortgage or build any schools.
