Are you powering down for the year?

Most people are gone except the scalpers scapling for pennies...

 

Dont knock the scalpers, a very good scalper can out earn most anyone with the least amount of risk

That being said, I am powering down, only because I am going on vacation tomorrow for a week. If I wasnt, I'd still sit here and trade trade trade

 

I usually take the last two weeks of December off and start back up the first week and a half of January.

 

Who's trading all the way till 4pm ET today?

 

The last two minutes of the e-minis ought to be wild.

 

trade the morning and the close and post market. thin volume and moves get exaggerated. imbalances at the close should be good as well.

 

Powering down?? Not me! I'm scalping (for $20 and $50 bills ) and powering UP for the new year!!

I think I'm gonna stay out until January 30th. Gives me enough time to make sure none of my losses from 2007 turn into wash sales. And I'll be back just in time to play the Fed decision.
