This is all nonsense. Traders are doing God's work. <Puts rolled up $100 bill in nose as head lowers towards mirror>
Maybe more like the Parasitical Hand? And Capital Manipulation? Or just plain Deception and Thievery? With free markets concept being a Fantasy? A make believe world? No wonder most fail in this free market concept world of yours and your buddies? Its free but for the Parasites and Manipulators and free loaders??? So what do you think? Your assignment is to THINK professor!
Yes people being allowed to exchange goods at a price determined by the free will of both buyer and seller, how nefarious. Now look behind you,.the boogieman is coming.
Clearly you are not a trader so why slum it on a trading site? Get on out there and cure cancer, feed the starving children, put the ice back in Iceland...Go Get 'em Tiger!!
Trading adds nothing to society, however it hurts no one Most people's fall in love w/ the upside of their profession, while totally ignoring or rationalizing the downside...
While it is true that 'Parasites' are a class in the taxonomy of trader types, there are substantially more trader classifications than that whom are getting their needs met in the market. https://www.elitetrader.com/et/threads/do-you-know-who-you-are-trading-against.326535/#post-4752603
Well, guess what? You, nor I, are entitled to anything and should not expect anything to be handed to us on a platter. Every dollar that you or I make comes from someone else, and neither of us have a right to that other person’s money unless we can trade better than he does. We have to earn it through learning to trade. Just working “hard” or buying lots of courses is not good enough to take money from an smart institutional trader. We have to develop skills. The right skills.
Wrong, and wrong. Nothing added?? "Trading" is like cash money: it helps move value along. If you don't find value in that, try to live in a barter society. Walk up with your prize pig to a McDonald's window, and ask for one of those yummy yummy Vanilla milkshakes. When they object, remind them that you have this valuable pig. See how many milkshakes that gets you. Or, see if you'd like to try usefully buying 2117 milkshakes at once. OR MAYBE see if someone can intervene, and buy the milkshakes, and sell the pig (parts). That'd be a trader. OR a market economy. Sheeeesh. Ignoring the downside?? "Trading" is the grease that lubricates the market machine. To say that all is rosy is to imagine that the Market and the Life it serves is rosy, too -- all sunbeams and rainbow-farting unicorns. No. Life is NOT like that. LIFE has its downside -- but consider the alternative. It is not the role of trading to make *your* Life livable. That is your right to choose, and your responsibility to make happen. No one else's.
This, like my flatulent pet Unicorn - Daisy, will fly right over his head. Would require extending analysis of capital formation beyond the most superficial soundbite levels.
