Are those online incorporation services ok - can you recommend one over the others

Have you incorporated using one of the cheap online services?

Was it a good way to go and would you do it again?

Any tips appreciated.

go to the state website where you wish to incorporate.
you can probably download forms and do a name search there.... and save yourself a hundred bucks or so.
