Are there methods or indicators that measure TIME action?

    No, not price action.
    TIME action.

    i.e. time elapsed between bottoms/tops, etc.

    you may look into ferreras work on the square of 9.
    he writes about relating it also to time periods, interesting aspects if you do some work yourself
