Bright Traders want $50K to trade with either a Series 56 or 7 that price is ridiculous.

Yes for real, which is crazy. I like the fact that they pay weekly. Do you'll know of any other firms that do weekly dispersments?

They use to require $20k, they went from $20 - $50K deposit with 30:1 margin.

However they're reason is justifiable. I still look forward to doing business with them. Because I like they're approach to commitment. They are looking for dedicated traders only. If I had the $50K I would drop it in a heartbeat. I love this field :D

Do you trade pairs? They will expect you to trade pairs and will expect you to generate commissions. You are not getting 30-1 to take a flyer on GOOG overnight. While Don makes pair trading out to be very easy, it's anything but. So that is something to keep in mind. Over the years, Don and I have had lengthy conversations about this on this board and those threads are in the archives.

I did work with the Brights briefly and my experience was mixed. I think at his core, Don is a good guy. But this business does bad things to people.
