Are the zig-zag lines in Fibonacci Gann Projections predictive? Or they just help clarify past swings without "forecasting" the future, like the zig-zag indicator?
I won't say predictive Just as any forward approach indicator (S/R lines, Fibs, pivot points etc) they're just guides. You must have a set of rules in place whenever the price hit those lines and act accordingly. I like speed/resistance lines a lot better. I won,t use those lines in anything lower that 240 minutes charts.
