Are housing declines really near the bottom?

    I am not trying to imply anything, just raising awareness for people to really do their own due diligence!

    Wells Fargo said this month they thought we were;
    a better run bank.

    Not a prediction but the gov did do a lot to help with the last RE uptrend.
