Ok so the profit when I now open this trade is just over 1 million, but it varies, and was 2 million until recently. Here is the screenshot. This is the Firetip platform demo.
I didn't enter it at any price. It is a market order, this is what I'm trying to tell you, that is the result that comes up when you open the trade...
What time and date did you open the order? Edit: of course you did enter Brent at a certain price, otherwise you wouldn't have a position in it. Buying or selling a spread opens positions in the markets, in this case Brent and Gasoil. The platform must have an error, however you can calculate the actual profit or loss you would be in if you know when you entered the position and check the price Brent was actually trading at that time.
I refreshed the account and placed that trade just before posting it on this forum. Point is, this is always the result upon opening that particular trade on that platform. Trade was placed a few minutes ago.
Brent never traded at that price so it is impossible to have a sell position at that price, how did you not figure that out by looking at the Brent chart? Contact the broker to fix the issue.
Also check all your previous trades to make sure all those millions of profit you made where not all caused by a platform glitch.
Yes I know it never traded at that price, ever. But the thing is the chart gives an accurate price, the actual current price. As you can see it is a crack spread. I have contacted the broker several times for over a year about this issue, and every time they say they will fix it, but it remains the same. They have done nothing to fix it whatsoever.
