Are flash mobs "a black thing" ?

The war on crime is a dismal failure, as we still have crime.

 

I think they got ran out by Mexicans. Mexicans have zero tolerance for taking shit from blacks, it's less than zero sometimes..

A lot of this crime is an unintended consequence of the War on Poverty government programs.

 

I left because there is more to America than home. Many of the nations most affluent blacks live in the Atl. To categorize the entire city as a hood is just plain dumb.
