Are equity index futures always in contango, if no dividend yield??
Why don't you read the information at www.indexarb.com and decide the answer for yourself.
Basically if the underlying equities are shortable and interest rates are positive yes.
How about precious metal commodities, like gold, silver, etc?
Separate names with a comma.
