It's my (deliberately incendiary) take on the 8% differential mentioned in the lead article. Despite taking license in my statement, my overarching aim in starting this thread was to highlight an issue that cannot be bounded or defined by partisan divisions.
That's just simply not true of social security. It's not your money and you have no rights of claim to it . IOW: Just because you expect it does not mean you are entitled to nor earned it.
