The QQQ's are subject to the wash sale rules. Pub 550 is specific as to how they must be shown on the Sch D. Many people mistakenly think that wash sales don't have to be listed if they don't trade the stock w/ the wash sale for 30 days. Not true IMHO. This whole tax thing is crazy and unmanageable. It has to be fixed at some point
