Buy enough shares to get on the Board, then bring it up at a Board meeting. Till then, focus on your own philanthropies. There are plenty of worthy causes.
Not possible for me to buy enough shares to get on the board of even one Dow company, let alone every S&P 500 company. This _is_ my philanthropy. http://www.overus.org/ratings.html
The OP is an accounting question, regarding availability of corporate contribution information on tax returns, SEC filings, or other tax/financial statements.
No, it's you pushing your hidden agenda, If you were genuine in finding the info it makes zero sense to come to a trading forum for your answers.
No, my question is sincere. I seek a credible source of information for corporate contributions, and came here to the tax and accounting forum for help. In tax records lies my best source of information, but I don't know how to get to them. It is a difficult question, and I'm encountering many walls, roadblocks, and lies. In this thread I do not push my agenda--hidden or not. The agenda is pushed in the P&R thread, where it belongs. I respect EliteTrader's categorical structure. Information about the OVerus ratings page here is provided only for context, and in response to Deut 24:7's comment. If you have a comment specifically relating to how these tax and accounting records can be obtained, I welcome your feedback. Otherwise, please take it to the other thread.
