Anyone know what will happen once the INCA/ISLD merger is complete? Will all stocks move to one order book like ARCA and REDI(all moving to the ARCA book by the end of this month)and if so,which book,INCA or ISLD's?
ISLD will be using SM when SM goes live. This may mean orders will get filled on the NBBO for a change on ISLD. But, it may be a bit slower. The reason ISLD is fast is becuase ISLD computers do not have to make any determinations as to what to do with the order when the receive it. Smart software is a huge burden to speed of execution.
