I have been experimenting with Arca Ex over the last few days - sometimes the order just sits and sits without a fill - and cancels take forever, whats the deal with that ?? But, sometimes it works well -- like today, there was a positive news story on WMB -- I sent in a market order for 2000 shares first to the NYSE then 2000 shares at the current NYSE ask price to ARCA and Island -- I was filled quickly and at good prices on Arca and Island - the NYSE fill was very late and .15 cents higher than the ARCA fill.... Arca has an opportunity to do something great - I hope they dont blow it !!!!
