Additionally, the South African coal arb is open to ARA, according to Reuters. The transatlantic arb is open for gasoline with several cargoes having already shipped. The TC2 freight rate for clean fuel from Rotterdam to NY has caught a bid. The front NY/Rdam spread is trading in the low 20s. Comments encouraged.
