Does any prop firm allow arbitrage of ADRs (vs the national issues) ? (by arbing, I mean actually considering the strategy as arbitrage and providing adequate leverage for the NYSE side) For example, is it possible to take a position on the national issue via its SSF in lever 5, and use the firm capital to put the other side on the NYSE, without decreasing the overall buying power for the account ?
