Yeah you are probably right but you can get a free phone with a contract. Cingular gives away one of those $500 PDA phones.

Very doubtful. This is 21st century corporate america. The upper execs can get away with almost anything. Sure, a few get sacrificed as scapegoats, but hey, whats a couple years at Club Fed? When you come out, you have another CEO position waiting for you, with stock options & multimillion dollar pay package. Quite a paradox huh? What a world we live in. The planet is in critical condition, yet oil giants still lobby environmental directors to edit EPA reports and pretend that global warming is a myth. That's ok, when the sh*t hits the fan, you can feel cool by grabbing your Iphone and making and emergency call. Don't forget to play some Itunes too.
