and for many decades non mainstream health researchers have been saying that healthy probiotic condition of the intestines will stave off all the chronic degenerative diseases while mainstream "science" said appendices were vestigial... somebody hand me the Keifer and Psyllium Husk powder please, I don't want to go to a doctor ever if I can help it....
