Can you program trailing stops into a prgram you make for a platform that doesnt have trailing stops???
Yes, but you have need: 1) to leave your computer open with your running program while the market is open 2) you have need an API with the capability to send order. The best example of this was IB in the past, no trailing stop in their TWS, but some users have program it. Now this is not a problem, IB support it, but this show you that is possible if you meet these criteria from above.
