Has Apex officially taken over for Penson, and now clearing for all those retail firms? If so, do they offer more shortable stocks than Penson did?
Yes, Apex Clearing is now operating the broker for Penson. On the operations side the firm is identical except for the name and financial structure. What are you having problem getting locates for that you think would be better some where else?
