You come to the right place to get support. Don't forget, your focus is trading and if I were you I won't do prop, I would build up my assets slowly over time. Imagine, use the several thousands you pay Apex and trade your own account.... Good luck & happy holiday.
How much does it cost to file a class action lawsuit? How do you start a class action lawsuit? Can you file a class action lawsuit against a small business? https://www.findlaw.com/litigation/filing-a-lawsuit/how-to-file-a-class-action-lawsuit.html
A whistleblower is typically an "insider" that works for the company. A prop trader wouldn't fit that description IMO. Hence, the best route is to sue these MOFOs and teach them a lesson.
If you can find a law firm to take on your case. I personally know at least one case where no law firm would take on a class action on a Ponzi scheme. Not enough assets to pay the fees.
Well, first of all, this ain't exactly a "ponzi scheme" in the properly sense. Second, unless you're only interested in going after your own money (ie. what Apex owe you), you're far better off going after them as a class than individually, which will give you a real clout. The only down side is this can take many years to reach a verdict. But that's the whole purpose of these lawsuits. You wanna drag it out to put maximum pain (mentally as well as financially) on these bastards. However, I do agree to an extent about the limited pool of lawyers who might otherwise not be interested in taking a small bucket shop like Apex, but it's still worth a shot IMO, considering the overabundant evidence plastered all over the Internet by traders who got scammed by them.
