I can only imagine how many traders have been denied a payout and do not have an audience to speak out about it. Lol
Bill, I know you get it but realize that this dude put you on sim from the start knowing that few if any would survive the churn of the tight stops. The guy would have no reason not to pay if the orders you "filled" had been marketable and hit the tape. It makes me question whether the sim you were on was allowing you to perform beyond what would be realistic with marketable orders. It doesn't make the guy any less culpable. Anyway, it's adding insult to injury to pay you when it's not sitting in the FCM but the guy's checking account.
haven't read the replies, but i'd guess a mass assault on their socials, tagging them in all sorts of prop firm talks on twitter, uploading your proof etc??
They've turned off YT comments. Hit their Twitter page. He'll block you but it will remain on their feed.
Exactly. That’s the core of the issue. If the trades I executed were genuinely unmarketable, they would’ve never been approved for a $100,239 payout in the first place (confirmed by Apex on May 2nd – ticket #931367). You can’t approve a 6th payout, tell the trader “no more restrictions,” then erase the account a week later without any warning — especially after letting me continue to trade for 8 full days post supposed “violation.” This isn’t just a SIM vs LIVE debate. It’s about integrity and intent. The platform allowed me to trade, approved the payout, then retroactively punished success. That’s not a prop model — that’s entrapment.
Yes — and I’ve already started that. ✅ Emails confirming the $100,239 payout approval (May 2nd) ✅ Confirmation from Apex that after the 5th payout, there are no restrictions on amounts requested ✅ Second account with $80,000 profit reset after 8 full trading days (ticket #943383) ✅ Filed complaints with the FTC, CFTC, and BBB Texas ✅ Dozens of traders reaching out privately with similar stories Now it’s about visibility. Mass tagging, video evidence, reposts, and pressure. If they won’t answer support tickets, they’ll answer to the public. Want to help? Start tagging @ApexTraderFund and related prop convos — it adds weight.
Hello demoncore, That's incorrect. I did not clap for Apex. I wanted to make everyone aware of the reasons why Apex would not pay the OP $100k Looking at things from Apex side of view. It's a gamble in my opinion.
