AHHHH the memories of Neo and Octagon in the late and very early 90's ( fullerton and clark ) NEO had a cover of 5 dollars and drink free from 6 to 10pm - we used to line up at 5:55 anyone remember EXIT - ladies that chained themselves to the bar drank for free no idea if these places are still around
I live right by there. They are both long gone. Trixieland now. There is a Ritz camera, New Balance store and Emilo's tapas. Shame. Sounds like it was a blast!
icm properties is 773 549 5443,they have tons of apts, the fullerton el is in center of depaul campus, the monthly bus/el pass is cheaper for students, the loop to fullertoon in rush hour is 15 -20 minutes, the lasalle van buren stop is at the CBOT,there should be a ton of depaul students looking for roomates at the depaul bulletin board
I tend to date "older" girls, 28-32, and most are well "groomed"... at most a small putting green adjoins the playground. I keep an old Wahl Groomsmen around for those occasional spur of the moment landscaping jobs! How was that for a HIJACK?
YT good to see your move to chicago. I remember reading your journal. Glad to see your hard work is paying off. Im still busting my ass trying to get where you are. Same goal make it to chicago and trade with the best. Best of luck to you.
Thanks fellas, I appreciate all the help. Well until I actually go down there tomorrow with my folks for the move I have no idea where I will end up living but more than likely it sounds like that fullerton area in Lincoln Park is the place to be. Also does anybody have any experience living in Depauls campus apartments? There are up to like 4 guys per apartment and rent is fairly cheap and comes fully furnished, internet, cable, utilities, etc. Doesn't sound bad at all and the picture that they sent me look pretty good. It looks like a nice clean place. Anyway I really am looking forward to this. I come from small town Iowa so this is a major move for me. I graduated high school early and now a week later im moving to Chicago to work at a very respectable prop firm. Thanks Again
