  2. Thats nothing, I blame all my losing trades on virii

  3. Fiola and his wife fought the case, spending $250,000 on legal fees. They liquidated their savings, took a second mortgage and sold their car.

My 4K mac pro workstation is a bargain to that 250K Dell.

  4. i've wondered about that

if you cant control what's being downloaded via viruses, how can you be sure it's not setting you up for a felony?

and no matter what anyone tells you, you are guilty until proven innocent......assuming you can

what about my $300 Linux desktop then?:D

  6. There are about 1500 folders in the Windows installation directory some of which are hidden, can you tell what's inside each of them without looking. Do you do random searches on your computer for porn?

Sorry but you are asking too much from a regular computer user who just likes to check email or watch youtube vids

  7. You're joking right? Microsoft hides everything. Hidden folders, hidden everything. Even after reformatting, traces of shit are still left on there. Sometimes you need a wipeout disk/program to get everything clean. Microsoft gives priority to everything but security.

Windows search can do a scan for all pics & videos on your hardrive, but I'll assume this isn't nearly robust enough to find everything.

What can someone use to check for hidden pics & videos? Any utilities anyone could recommend?
