Ted Turner is supposed to start heavily selling this spring. I was short from $12 until the test of $10. When it didn't break I closed out. One of these days, $10 will fail to support it, imho.
Ted Turner is still a member of the Board of Directors of AOL. If he resigns, he'll be able to dump his shares. It will no longer be insider trading.
I think if you own 4.5% of a company or more its insider trading regardless if you are officially attached to the company in any way. All that means is he will still have to report his transactions.
