Well I will give AOC credit for a fine online burn..... which is about all she can do. When is AOC actually going to introduce a bill? Or raise money for the Democratic party? You know do the things that members of Congress are expected to do.
Are you as critical of every other congress member for not introduced bills or just the junior congresswoman? Why didn't Mitch introduced hundreds of bills to the Senate floor?
No point when nothing was going through the Senate. Ocasio-Cortez creates PAC to push back on the Democratic Party’s 'blacklisting’ rule Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D.-N.Y.). (Jonathan Ernst/Reuters) By Kayla Epstein Jan. 12, 2020 at 5:49 p.m. EST Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) announced she had formed a political action committee on Saturday to help raise funds for progressive primary candidates. The congresswoman has been a vocal opponent of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee’s policy to “blacklist” vendors and firms that work with candidates mounting primary challenges against Democratic incumbents. Ocasio-Cortez was one such candidate, having run a successful primary campaign against Rep. Joseph Crowley (D-N.Y.) in 2018.
Has any other House member not introduced a single bill to the house floor in the last term? It's about doing the job she is being paid for. BTW -- where is her district office located back in New York? Her claimed Jackson Heights office never had any staff in it since early 2019. Her claimed Parkchester office in the Bronx is actually the office of Assembly Member Reyes' Office and has no representatives from AOC. https://ocasio-cortez.house.gov/contact/offices
Why would you support the fascistic anti-democratic boycott imposed by the DNC? A moderate should be appalled by such practice. That is, if you're a moderate.
Should the Democratic party and its vendors support those who fund and promote those who run against the Democratic party. While they are at it -- based on your position -- the Democratic party should also support the Republicans.
Except no republican is running as a democrat. The fact the dems. have abandoned the platforms they claim to uphold (a fairer, more equitable society), then blacklisting the progs. is in fact blacklisting the democratic party, not those running against it. I'm glad there's several ex-cons adopting the democratic party, but your kind wanting the dems to go towards the right will not be met w/o pushback.
The problem with the Democratic party is the progressives. For the party to be acceptable to the majority of Americans the Democratic party needs to shove the progressives over the side. The progressives then can go create their own party pushing their wild agenda.
Have you ever taken a stand in person on anything where you did not hold the high ground or just could not be hurt? What happens is you do something unpopular and then people complain at you, then you usually take their selfish complaints into the sunlight etc. Its a process.
